Saw the surgeon yesterday; asked if I had any questions. I laughed. Seriously - no. After seeing my internist, the cardiologist, the pulminalogist, the psychologist, the nutritionist, the dietitian, and attending two "Learning to Live" sessions - dealing with stress; eating patterns, . . . A few years ago I noticed of friend of mine was reading a book with a title along the lines of "How to Have the Hard Discussions in Your Life"   I don't have a clue as to the actual content of the book but the title stuck in my mind.   This past spring my wife and I were Vegas hiking at Red Rock.
