The doctors arent really clear about why or how it flipped completely over. It can be from lifting to much too fast. I really tried not to but I am a student (heavy books) and a mother of 2 a million pets laundry ect...it can be 1 of many things. I'll find out today when we are having the surgery to put it back in oits right place..hopefully this time it stays put!@!!!!:thumbup::sad:
:crying:Ok I went to the doctor today for my first fill..I was so excited and 20 needle sticks later and multiple doctors later I was told to go to the hospital and get an x-ray because they are almost 100% sure my port flipped completely around!! I am soo upset. My surgery was Aug 7th now over a month later I need surgery 2 How disappointing:cry_smile:!
Ok I am almost a week post op and doing..i think tooo well LOL. I decided I can start the mushy stage early. LOL I hope i am not causing myself damage. I feel wonderful 2 days after surgery I was on the beach with my family (in clothes, not a bathing suit. :thumbup: what can I say I can't wait for my band to be filled!!!!:confused2:
