really enjoyin the decision i made to get lapband. it lifted that dark cloud off of me and opened my eyes to a better way of livin. each week i notice something new bout myself, or can do something i couldnt before. along with that extra lil pep in my step. and recently was put on my doctors website (www.drfrankfelts.com). still dont really know what to think bout that, but ill get used to it. so i guess im just gonna chill and enjoy the ride, and see what happens.
since i was a kid, one of my nicknames was always Big Buck. i was always a bit heavier than most of the other guys. i never really noticed how big i had really gotten...HUGE. but i did this surgery 5 months ago and am down bout 110 lbs and have no intention of stopin till all the fat is gone. friends and fam be sayin "u dont need to loose it all". thats all fine and good if u aint never been fat. i want it all gone, never want to see it again. thanks to tha band, ive have completely changed my v
my name is Buck and i started lookin into lapband when i got to 335 pounds. i lost 25 pounds on the pre-diet and went into surgery at 310. i had my 2nd fill today, and i wieghed in at 262. got a new tattoo started when i reached my 50 pound mark. i have followed the guidelines to the "T", and are reaping the benefits. to my amazement i enjoy eating healty, and now is second nature. i think as long as get ur workouts in and know that the band wont loose all the wieght for you, it can work effecti
