this thing works it you use it correctly

my name is Buck and i started lookin into lapband when i got to 335 pounds. i lost 25 pounds on the pre-diet and went into surgery at 310. i had my 2nd fill today, and i wieghed in at 262. got a new tattoo started when i reached my 50 pound mark. i have followed the guidelines to the "T", and are reaping the benefits. to my amazement i enjoy eating healty, and now is second nature. i think as long as get ur workouts in and know that the band wont loose all the wieght for you, it can work effectively. atleast it is for me.

Buck - I agree. The band does not do it for you. I am always amazed by posts I read like "I can eat anything - I have no restriction!" Why are you trying to eat anything? I just got my first fill yesterday so I've had little "restriction" but I've kept to tuna, chicken, etc and kept my portions small and also started exercising.

For those of you out there researching, this is not the "easy way out". It still required a lot of work on your part. I also feel a healthy sense of fear is helpful - LOL.

Buck - what is that tat? Good reward for yourself tho. I have one I need covered. Maybe when I hit the 200 mark!
