How long does the 'perfect restriction' last for you?

Twice now, I've hit what seems to be perfect restriction. Both times, after around 3 or 4 weeks, I start noticing that I can gradually eat more and more. Just wondering if this is normal...

I hear you, I know exactly where you are coming from! I have been banded for approximately 18 months now and after each adjustment I think, "Yep, this is finally it. I've hit my sweet spot!" But how wrong I am.

I do find that that "perfect restriction" does last longer with my most recent adjustments. At the start of this journey it might have lasted for a couple of weeks, now it lasts a couple of months. My last adjustment was the 11 May and I have just noticed over the few weeks, an easing in the restriction allowing me to eat more - particularly at the end of the day.

Same here, the first few I had lasted a few days to a couple of weeks. The last 2 have lasted around 6 - 8 weeks. Not sure if you are spose to keep getting fills every couple of months or if a time will come when you wont need fills again for a LONG time. I am hoping so since I already have 8.9mls in...least you have some to play with Jess lol
