What do you all do?

Hey All, there is a post in the The Mens Room titled "What do you fella's do". I have found it to be pretty interesting. So, I thought I would start the same thread for us girls.

I am an Accounting supervisor at a large creditors rights law firm in Cincinnati Ohio.

I have been a EFDA, Dental Assistant for the last 2 1/2 years, and prior to that I was a Pharmacy Technician - I still keep my Pharmacy license up to date just in case I ever decide to go back. I would love to become a pharmacist but with 2 small kids and being 3 hours from one of the nearest schools, it just doesnt work.

But since becoming a Dental Assistant, I really seem to enjoy that. Believe me, you never look at someones mouth/teeth ever the same again. LOL

I am a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA), which means I put people to sleep for sugery. Chances are if you all had lap-band surgery a CRNA took care of you!

Single mom to a wonderful 6 year old daughter, Part time student in college, and full time Admin Assistant (doing Payroll and Benefits) for a large PT clinic.

I am a stay at home mom/wife and volunteer at boys(3) schools(2) almost daily . Before boys were born, taught 3rd grade in Dallas public schools.

I do Health Information Management (HIM= half clinical half IT) for a small rural hospital. Beyond that I am a mom to 2 kids and a barn full of critters. I have just applied to the HIM program at KU Medical Center since I have nothing else to do.)

I'm a surgical grossing tech for a pathology group. Which means that when you go to the doctor and have stuff cut off it gets sent to me. I find the clinically important parts and send them on to the pathologists.

I think it is the best job ever. :-D

Kinda what I do...I am a histotech at a Childrens hospital. 17 years later and yep! its the best job ever!

I am a full time student at DeVry about to graduate  in 3 weeks with my Bachelor's in Business Administration with a concentration in Small Business Management and Entrepreneurship. I will be starting Grad school at Kaplan University in May attempting a Masters in Education.

I will be getting my teaching certificate in a couple of months to begin teaching high school students Business or Social Science.

I am a full time stay at home mom of a 20 month old son and 12 years old daughter and part time step mom to 3 daughters age 13, 15 and 16.

1. Full Time Wife - my fav of the jobs

2. Full time Tile & Stone showroom manager - title means almost nothing...retail is not really my thing...neither is management (LOL)

3. Part time student - pre reqs for nursing program

Hopefully #3 will pay off so I can quit #2 and only work a couple days a week, then I want to add #4 (being a MOMMY)

I am a Lead Business Analyst in the IT department of a very large U.S. Airline. Love my job, hate the constant uncertainty of whether or not I will be one of the unlucky ones who gets layed off.

Hey Nooshie,

I tried to go to the website you referenced and this is the message I received: Uh oh!

Sorry, the user you are looking for does not exist.

Am I doing something wrong?
