Anyone Taebo?

Recommended Posts

I've used the Taebo tapes before with great success. I just had to keep upping my amount until I couldn't keep up with it anymore, and I burned out, gained all the weight back.

Now that I'm banded, I'm hoping I can just exercise once a day 3-4 days a week.

I love Taebo, because the moves are not too complicated or like "dance". I am very uncoordinated and regular aerobics doesn't work for me!

My sister got all the dancing genes! I have none!! But, I'm not crying, there's lots of things I'm good at!:biggrin2:

I love it but unfortunately cant really risk anything like that with my back. Running is relatively safe, its simple, the same movement over and over again, in the one plane. I get sore from doing a lot of it but if I do things like tae bo, lots of twising or rotational movements I can guarantee I'll be injured and not exercising for two or three weeks.

I couldnt even handle curves, it took me months to recover, lol.

I do it sometimes. mostly in the winter when I'm stuck inside. Right now i'm walking and riding the stationary bike till I scrape up the money to buy a new bike. I like to punch the heavy bag and workout with focus mitts when I have a partner.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
