This past weekend I went to "the happiest place on earth", Disney World, and found it to be not that happy. In an effort to spoil myslef, I made an appointment for a regular 50 minute massage. Upon finding out that I had surgery two months ago, they said I had a "contra-indication" and would not give me the massage. Has anyone experienced this? It is not like they massage your stomach!! They said they required a note from my doctor if I have had any surgery in the last year. I didn't even bother trying to get since my doctor was 250 miles away and probably much too busy to deal with this nonsense. Should I have not told them or is it really dangerous??
