At what CC do you feel full?

Recommended Posts

I know it varies for everyone, but I was wondering at what CC do you feel full on a half a cup of food?

I went for my fourth fill yesterday and my doc looks at me weird when I say I am not full after a 1/2 cup.

Right now my band is at 2.5 CC's.

I do not follow the 1/2 a cup of food theory..never have and never will..

It has not affected me in any way

But my band is at 2.5 cc's and this is a good level for me

i have 3.0 cc and have never been restricted to where a 1/2 cup was it for me.

well when i was to had to get an unfill i was super tight but it only lasted a few days cause i went straight to the dr! and that wasnt something i was trying for.

when i have what i consider perfect restriction for me, i eat about 3/4 cup to a cup of food in a sitting. at 3.0 i am not quite there...

I noticed that when I was drinking my Protein Drink this morning it took me A LOT longer to drink the whole thing. I know the band is tighter in the morning so other than that until I eat solid food I don't know if 2.5 will be good for me!

I am currently at 3cc's and still have only a little restriction. Going for my 4th fill tomorrow!!! My dr looks at me weird, too! I don't think he believes my when I tell him how little restriction I have.

I have 1.1cc's and I usually try the visual thing depending on what I am eating.

1/2 cup to 1 cup is what I shoot for but you know how that goes. I still have good restriction for now anyway. I too am alot tighter in the mornings up till mid morning I usually concentrate on my Protein or Water & liquids.< /p>

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
