Hi,
I have surgery in just over 3 weeks and have a few questions if anyone has any answers. 1.) When will I be able to be up and moving again, or at least walk around? 2.) Do ice packs help at all? 3.) How do you handle the hangry or irritability from cutting out things or food cravings? 4.) How long was it before you were able to go back to the gym? 5.) Any advice or things to keep in mind for the surgery or after? I know that was a lot, but I just want to ask these questions beforehand so that I can be as prepared as possible and settle my nerves a bit. Thank you!
