Hey! I just scheduled my surgery date and I got to schedule it the day I was hoping! February 21st.

Anyone else have a February surgery date??

I began my process right before COVID hit. Then everything shut down and had to start all over. Since I started over my process began in August 2022.

I started in August also. I liked that the speed of the process was largely guided by me. It could’ve gone quicker if I wanted it to.

Two days post-op, feeling better today. The day of surgery and the following were really rough going. Struggle to get my water down.

The nausea medicine has been a life saver. Tomorrow I start full liquids.

I’m in day 5 and am struggling as well. My surg is 02/21. I keep telling myself, it’ll be worth it.. just get through this moment. We can do this!!!

I'm set for the 27th!

Im scheduled for the 27th and struggling on my 3week preop diet. My surgeon has us eat food from a company called Proti and the soups make me sick to my stomach. I just want a salty crunch, but I can't eat those without feeling sick. This is a very low cal diet, but I had been hoping for this to be a diet of real food at least. Lots of veggies, etc.

My surgery is scheduled for 2/17/23

RNY Surgery is tomorrow morning and my anxiety is through the roof. 12 more hours...

Congrats everyone! I just had sleeve surgery 2/8/23. Recovering now. They found a large hiatal hernia and fixed it at the same time. Happy to chat with anyone.
