The Vanilla Oikos Greek yogurt is amazing with 2 tbsp of PB2 powder. It tastes like peanut butter fluff! Those help keep me full when I'm tired of protein shakes! Congrats ont he 18 lbs down so far!

Doing better with the soups but I'm just not "satisfied" when I'm full. I think it's because I can't chew so when I hit 3 oz of soup, I'm full but want to keep eating. I'm definitely doing research between head hunger and stomach hunger. Puree foods begin on Wednesday and I'm thrilled for scrambled eggs!

I’m sorry you’re experience this. I had surgery on 2/8/23 with a larger hernia repair as well and I’m still experiencing diarrhea. Definitely not as bad as the first few days but it’s still there. I hope it gets better as well. I’ve been wearing extra long pads in case I can’t make it to the bathroom in time. Hope you have a speedy recovery!

Hope you’re feeling better. My recovery has been slow. It’s been especially hard to drink liquids because of the swelling from the hernia repair. Finally on soups and start purée in a week. How are you doing in liquids?

Congrats! I just had gastric sleeve surgery on 2/8/23. They found a hiatal hernia during surgery and fixed that while in there so recovery has been slower. Anyone else have a hernia repair during their surgery if and when they get it done?
