I would say just watch the sugars, I don't know how you would know how much sugar actually gets into the Water you drink from the fruits. But, I eat fruit so I can't imagine it would be a problem if you can handle eating the fruit.

I have one. I have not used it because I was told no straws and no poptops of any type. The cirkul flavors have what seems like a pop top to me so added air was a concern. The flavors are great and zero sugar though. I especially like the white cherry.
I will be bringing mine to my followup on the 28th to get a deffinate answer before i use it again though.

I am two years post VSG. I have used it for a year and a half. I have been pretty successful. I just had my Tummy Tuck three weeks ago. My team had no problem with it at all.

I use mine all the time. And I am 2 months out and have no problems with it. I love it.
