Body Aches after a night of COughing HELP!!

I had the realize band done about 11years ago...so I probably laid down too soon after eating and of course coughed all night! Now today I have a sharp heachache pain come and go. Sometimes after these episodes I will have flu like symptoms the next day. Does anyone else experience this???
