It could be head hunger. Or, it could be thirst. I think I'm hungry sometimes, but I question it so I drink a little and if I'm still hungry then I know it's actual hunger, but about 50% it's my body

Head hunger is a bear. I'm almost never really physically hungry. It's usually boredom or stress. It's a hard battle to fight. Hang in there.

Hi i had sleeve surgery on nov .10.Im still in the full liquid stage and l have head hunger. It is weird since i know i can, t be hungry.
