Personal question for the ladies only!

Recommended Posts

Ok so..... first off I apologize for my question. But I’m really curious..... it involves the lady parts post surgery so if you aren’t comfortable with it please leave the thread.

Onto the question: did any of you have appearance changes in the lady parts post surgery? Like.... my lady part is plump.... will this change the more weight I lose? Did any one end up with like saggy skin there?

The answer to your question is yes, you may end up with saggy skin in the lady parts, depending on how much weight you lose. If you are young, maybe not. I know I had it. However, I just had a lower body lift and that includes a "mons lift," which is lifting the lady parts! Believe me, the results are amazing! Everything, and I mean everything, including the lady parts and the whole lower body looks better than it did before I gained the weight!

Unfortunately yes, it will get saggy. I lost 166 pounds and it’s definitely large and saggy down there.

the good news is if you go for a Tummy Tuck procedure they can lift the mons and make it much more presentable down there. But basically I have this gross little sac of saggy flabby skin. I hate it.
I am also in my 30s so if you are younger you may have more elasticity in your skin.

I’m 34 so I’m probably in the same boat as you. I haven’t noticed any sagging yet (90lbs down so far), I’m kinda keeping my fingers crossed that it won’t be bad xD

Mons flab yes, but if you are talking lower down, like labia, then no (at least I didn't, some may have a different experience). But yeah, a Tummy Tuck or mons lift (if that is your plan) will address that nicely. Though plastic surgery or not, the weight loss/loss of bulk makes the usage of the area MUCH better, lol.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks
