Yes, I was itchy and I still am. I use a lot of Gold Bond lotion, which helps. Stay hydrated.

Itching is also caused by pain medicines.

Don’t think it’s that. I haven’t taken anything besides Motrin/Tylenol since day 2

Yes I was too. I upped my water intake from 64 oz to 100 oz a day and I use Nivea skin firming lotion after every shower. It seems to work because I am no longer itchy and my skin looks and feels amazing.

The anesthesia can cause that too. I was really itchy on my belly and I remembered I had the same issue when I had my c-section. I knew it wasn’t pain meds as I didn’t take any after either procedure.

I was SUPER itchy post op starting at about 1 1/2 weeks out and it is starting to get markedly better now at a month out. My incisions were so DRY. I live in the midwest so we have very dry winters and it has been really hard not being able to put lotion on my belly

Ended up back at his office yesterday. It’s definitely an allergic reaction from the glue. Steroids for a week. ? So I asked about being really tired and occasionally dizzy. He said my body is getting used to less intake and the rapid weight loss. I’m down 20lbs as of today. They like a weight loss of at least 15 in first month so he said I’m an overachiever lol . All in all he was pleased with my progress
I have also been itchy on my hands and feet and by my neck. I have been using Alegre D cream which has helped. I am getting about 64-80 ounces of water so I know I’m hydrated. I have been reading that being low in b-5 causes itchy hands and burning itchy feet sensation so I’m thinking of getting the B-50 vitamins in the store on site. Good luck! I know this is driving me crazy. I’m down 14 pds and surgery date was 12/312019.
