I’m so nervous, excited, terrified, ready! Tomorrow is my day to join the losers bench. Prayers and positive vibes all welcome.

It's my surgery date tomorrow as well, twin!! We are both going to do awesome and take things one thing at a time so as not to get overwhelmed. We are doing what is best for ourselves for our future well-being. We went through a lot to get here, and now, in less than 24 hours, it's here!

Thank you. Came home today. Walked a lot. While I constantly read about this and figured I knew, some parts you still cannot prepare for. I knew I’d be up more (read things about insomnia), but I didn’t know a lot. Everyone’s body is different so you can’t fully prepare. You jest through and, passing gas will be your best friend in the world (something I never thought I would say). Good luck to everyone and let us know how it goes. I’ see plenty of open spots on the losers bench waiting for everyone to come and lose the weight ?
