Same here I had a quick recovery surgery on Friday 11-1 I right after surgery was tough I was put in a hospital chair and didn’t get in the bed until way later.
I wasn’t in pain from my stomach instead the gas and pressure in your chest is tough getting used to I started walking right away you won’t feel like it but do it anyway walk at least 1x an hour increasing the distance each time also I started getting tiny amounts of fluid in this is a major challenge and water by itself just wasn’t going down I was able to tolerate decaf tea with artificial sweetener not much but find what you can tolerate drinking feels terrible but it made me burp which is what you need get air moving I made sure the nurses were giving me my pain and nausea meds on time so I stayed ahead of those issues I was tired and was just sipping walking and napping in the chair for the first 8 hours the more you can walk the better you will feel I know everyone’s body and responses will be different good luck to everyone on this journey

I was sleeved 5/15/13. I'm down 106 pounds! Highest weight was 273 and today I'm 167 : )

Hi everyone, I have not been on for a while. Wonderful to see all your posts and catch up on everyone's success. I thought it was time I updated with pics.
I am 19 weeks out and loving it. I still have reflux but mostly under control with one pill each morning.
I started at 121 kgs 266lbs. With 52in bust, 47in waist 56in hips
I am now. 90 kgs 198lbs with 41in bust, 39in waist 45in hips
Start size 22 (and tight) now wearing 16
I have met a wonderful man and as getting to know each other found he to was a big boy and about 5 months ahead of me had the same surgery
My whole life has changed. I actually like to exercise now

Here I am at my highest and my lowest let me know what you think. Starting weight 387 current weight 230. Just bought my first pair of 36 jeans down from a size 50. And still losing yeah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

heres mine me at my biggest of 425lbs, then a the full body was oct of 2013 and the head shot was new years eve

8 months out. 154 lbs and finally fit into that little black dress!! So happy I made this life change even though it was difficult, I've never felt better or been healthier in my life!!
