Just curious like I know people exercise to burn calories.
But if someone was only eating a small amount of calories compared to normal is it possible to continually lose a good amount of weight long term or will exercise need to be added??
I'm eating easily 1/3 of the calories I used to plus adding more protein everyday just I don't get much activity in!
How long will it last before I need to add exercise/burn calories??
