My surgery is set for 8-27. I'm super nervous [emoji15] [emoji32] and this pre-op diet is killing me... I really want to chew something.

My date is the 29th and I feel you completely on the Pre-op diet. I have never felt sicker or more exhausted in my life.

Hello surgery twin! I'm August 27th as well - 7:30am! The liquid diet isn't so bad since I've done so many 3, 5, 10 day smoothie, military, etc., diets in the past. I felt a little weak today but determined to make it through by thinking of the smaller me ; ) Best wishes on surgery day and the changes to come!!!

I’m new here but I’ve been lurking since May. My date of surgery is August 28th. I’m so excited and scared at the same time. I feel as though a major part of myself is about to die. I’m now tryna focus on how to fill that void. As for pre-op, I definitely struggled in the beginning but so far everything is going smoothly. I send you all my prayers and may we all have a speedy/easy recovery.

Pudge.vsg. I’m the 29th also. Today is day 7 of 10 for the 10 day diet. Yesterday was my worst day. You was crabby and wanting real food. We can do this!!! Thursday will be here before we know it! And we will only get healthier from there!!!

I am about a week behind you for surgery. Excited and a little nervous. I guess I am fortunate that I don't have to do the pre-op as long. I just need 2-3 days of it, because they don't want me to go below my BMI requirement.

I’m with you completely on the nervous but excited to get it all over with. I’ve felt so awful these last 4 days I know I’ll be feeling nothing like this once I have time to recover and recoup. Working 40 hours and going through finals week for school on only liquid has been a treat.

I’m going in October my pre op doesn’t sound as rough. It is two weeks and I will do protein drinks for breakfast and dinner and lunch is supposed to be small meal

About to shower using my Hibiclens Sponge and try to turn in early. TOMORROWS OUR BIG DAY #SouthernPhoenix and all the August 27th sleevers!!!!
