Milk is gross.

It has been nearly a year since I was sleeved. I have lost 100lbs and working on 30 more to hit my goal. Motivation is there but I'm tired of obsessing over workouts and meal preps alone. Are there any other Floridians sleeved that may need a motivation buddy? I am wanting to surround myself with people who have had this experience and are still trying to focus on the health goals. I am in SWFL and am willing to chat, video chat, and even do activities with anyone interested.

I love him. He is direct and plain speaking. It is great! He keeps me focused on my journey.

I'm grateful for this tool but it has turned me off from food altogether. I think all the changes has lead by body to boycott me. I want nothing when I eat I feel instant nausea. I am 4 days post and my tummy hurts! The larger of my incisions is on the upper right side of my abdomen and is so swollen it's like a knot. Add in the never-ending bloating and gas pain...geesh. To add insult to injury my Dr. Decided to change my BP MEDS to one with no diuretic at discharge. I think that's the reason for the horrible bloat. Because of bloat & gas I seem to be gaining.
