I ate peanut butter almost 4 weeks post op. Still eat it and love it! The fat or calories dont bother me. I only have a TBS on a spoon when i do and take 10mins to lick it off. Its helped me the most

I didn't start eating nut butters until after I was done losing weight because of all the calories. I do eat it regularly now though, for the very reason I avoided it before.

Yes. But not for a while. It is so high in calories and hard to stop at 1 tablespoon. I am 6 months out and very close to goal. I will have a tablespoon of peanut butter on a rice cake ONCE IN A WHILE
