Naw... barely no skin left at all!

Ahhh... a little bit but I can live with it.

Had lot's of it but already seen the surgery

On my way to the surgeons!!!

Lot's of it but I would not/ can not see a surgeon!

Barely any. Just a residual flabiness but its certainly not worth trading the scars or spending the money for what I have.

Although I'm probably going to have a breast lift

I have a hanging stomach which I think in 14 more pounds (my goal) is going to be sagging significantly. My arms are ok, my bum a bit saggy and my boobs are hanging more than I would like. But its my tummy that bothers me the most. I know I'd be wearing at least a size smaller on the bottom if I had it removed via a Tummy Tuck (which I am SERIOUSLY considering mid to late next year depending on my financial situation and further weigh loss).

Well - it's definitely there. I'm trying creams and later I'll do some bodywrapping treatments to help firm up the skin for my tummy.

My arms could use help, but I'm trying Ghost's method of massaging to see if I can take care of that on my own.

Nothing will lift my breasts except surgery. I'm still at a 38DD and I'm 1/2 to goal. When I was in my early 20's I was a 34C but I don't think I'm going to get back down to that.

I'd love PS but I don't know that I can justify the risk and the cost.

lots of skin here. But mainly on my stomach. My arms are good and thankfully no man boobs for me. My thighs are bad too, but they don't effect the way my clothes fit like my stomach does. I am scheduled for a Tummy Tuck on Feb 11th.

My stomach hangs every which way. I cant afford a Tummy Tuck so I will have to live with it everything else is a bit droopy especially my boobs. I wish we had a gym in my town so I could do more weight training type exercises. but I look better than before so thats ok.

Three months and four days ago... I was in Costa Rica having a life changing surgery! Yesterday we had a followup visit with Dr. Esmeral via video chat and this morning my middle number changed. I'm down 47lbs and two pants sizes. I can wear a Large tshirt for the first time in like... 14 years! Woot!! Everything is going great. I have zero regrets. I went down to the riverwalk with a friend and walked 2 miles on Monday without even getting fatigued. And no more snoring or chugging pickle juice for crazy leg cramps! I need to go to the gym more... I'm making new shirts next week so that will motivate me. LOL But I'm also just not as TIRED all the time! I have a LONG way to go...but seeing the progress on the scales and in the mirror is a huge motivator!! Thank you all for cheering me on and supporting me!!

Two months out from hiatal hernia repair. Surgeon said to expect a lot more flatulence...something about the 'air' no longer being able to 'burp' out so comes out the other end. That is my experience but have no understanding of why that swallowed air cannot be 'burped'. ???

As I understand it since your stomach is smaller and not completely resting against your diaphragm anymore you no longer have the ability to "push" burps out as well. Plus, since its smaller and we don't digest slower the trapped air moves a lot quicker out of the stomach so its no longer available to burp out. Hence the other option for removal.

Me too girl!! Are you in the full liquid diet right now? It’s sooooo hard!

      2. LadyVeteran1

Not yet. I was told I only have to do 24 hours of a liquid diet. But I have my pre-op tomorrow so I’m going to confirm if I need to do longer.
