Have you guys heard of Baritastic app? It’s a food, Water, checklist,protein, your measurements and photos, etc tracker . ? I’ll be using it once I get sleeved. My nutritionist told me about it. At first I was going to track my intake like you in a planner but then I checked out this app and I feel like it would be easier since I already Carry my phone everywhere and feel like I would forget the planner.

I found this on my surgery center's website. I love it. I actually started using last week. I go for my first appointment tomorrow and nutrition seminar tomorrow.
