I'm having an awful time with returning to my old habits. I was doing so well and now I feel like I've wasted the opportunity I was given to get healthy. I have been thinking about trying a 10 day "reset diet" but I'm kind of skeptical if it actually works. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated [emoji16][emoji16][emoji16]
