SMH. yeah. i have clothes that are still 17 years old. but im still super happy im getting down so quickly.

And I am now a 20 going into an 18 soon,224 pounds after 8 months, I have not been This Small since I delivered Tomkitten, my son, and he will be 40 on June 12th, I actually have dress slacks that fall off my body, I am No LONGER in the largest size at Wal-Mart and other stores, and the smaller I get the more plentiful the selection of styles. And I have revenge on my Late Husband, who I call the Late Lamented or Dear Departed on here, he preferred me in subsided colors or black/navy blue, guess he thought my weight would. look less obvious, well I now have 2 pair of size 20 floral print dress slacks, a pair of pale orange sherbet and seafoam green and spectators tell me I have lost weight and they look fine. After years of Sir MixALot and Baby Got Back this chich is merely rounded and flattening nicely. My looks have changed facially,i have gone from round chubby to lean, angular and high cheekbones, don't know what relative I will end up looking like but I sure don't Look like ME! But It Is All Good, and I rather enjoy it all.

@cristobal

you are doing soooooo great!!

as far as being Mr. Cheap!!😉 - check out thrift shops et al, not too expensive

as you loose weight, you NEED/must buy new clothes - otherwise they will fall

off you!! Sight for sore eyes🤣. (never know when/where the clothes police are lurking)!!

Be happy that you need new clothes, shows that you are getting smaller and smaller

We will be seeing less and less of you by your 40th b'day - great present!!

keep up the great job while your weight goes down

continued good luck

kathy

congrats

Hey, I know the feeling! All of my clothes now hang off me like sacks, and I have worn out the one pair of leggings that I had until holes came in the crotch area of them, LOL. I finally broke down and bought a couple new pairs of leggings, but I don't really intend to buy much else until I've lost even more weight.

I will just have to deal with the clothes being two to three sizes too big or more. [emoji14]

Have decided on the Lap Band.  Excited, tomorrow 7/24 I have my consultation with my surgeon!  Hoping he will approve me.

Ok...so keeping my daily weight updated on here is getting tedious due to the the daily 0-3 lbs fluctuations.  Soooo...I figure I'm just going to update every 1-2 weeks moving forward.

Yeah, I kinda do it when I see a new low. Then it fluctuates up and down up and down until I finally see a new low. Mine went down to 131 on Saturday but is now back to 133, lol. So I won't log it till I see 131 for a second time.

I do my daily weight graph in My Fitness Pal. Much easier and it keeps a cool graph!!

Me too (sort of). I gifted myself a fancy-shmancy smart scale back in January and it wirelessly updates the data to Apple Health in my phone, which in turn automatically updates MFP (among other apps I have). Very hands off on my part. Updating BP was the only manual weight updating I was doing, which has stopped being fun and instead become a job, now that the weight goes up and down so much.

      3. FluffyChix

LOL the joys of maintenance! ;) NOT!

      4. sillykitty

Like @FluffyChix I updated at every new low, consequently I'm now listed as my lowest weight. I should probably update it to where I've been maintaining, which is +3 lbs or so from that weight.

      5. FluffyChix

Nah, keep your low and stay aware of your upper threshold so you don't hit it. :D ;)
