Pre-op day 1/50

Today is the first day of my 6 week, 1000kcal a day shake diet. I’ve been dreading this for a while now but I’ll trust my surgeon and follow it religiously.

My biggest concern is being this hungry and frustrated with no solids at work and school. Hopefully it gets better after the first few days!

Good luck yo you!! You've got this!!

You can do it!

6 weeks that is a big one.. most ppl I know are 2/3 weeks

Mine is also for 2 days prior to surgery, 1200 calorie restriction 2 weeks prior. 6 weeks presurgery sounds awful, considering you’ll be a couple more weeks post surgery. Hang in there, you got this!

We are all rooting for you :)
