Protein issues

I’m 7 days postop and drinking 4 oz of protein with fair life milk but my stomach does not agree with milk .. can I just do water or almond milk ...I’m thirsty all the time help

I do the premade protein shakes, GNC Lean Shake.

Do you mean you are diluting the protein shakes with milk? If so, I definitely think you can do water or there are protein waters/juice made by Premier protein But they have less protein. Be sure you’re taking sips of water every few minutes. You definitely need tons of water as much as you need the protein at this point

I do water with my protein powder. some pureed banana for extra potassium.

try Premier Protein drinks, you can get them thru Sam's club, Walmart or Amazon. they are low sugar and 30 grams of protein and they have at least 5 different flavors. I use the chocolate and add 8 oz of Fair life milk and end up with 43 oz of protein drink. Give it a try

I mix in Genepro and Crystal Light with my water, and I cannot even taste the protein. I would high recommend the Genepro, it is amazing!
