    Good for you my dilemma is my parents told almost all my family and every time a friend texts me I tell her I feel so dumb but oh well I just hope they don’t keep asking me about it I feel like it’s No ones dam business

    I’m 7 days postop and drinking 4 oz of protein with fair life milk but my stomach does not agree with milk .. can I just do water or almond milk ...I’m thirsty all the time help

    Hi there I’m 7 days postop and I never received compression they just told me to walk a lot at home but by Friday night I was starving .. I’m drinking premier protein with fairlife milk which is not agreeing with my stomach so maybe I’ll just add water good luck
