Ugh...I have to wait

So my PCP said i can't have surgery until i have my kidney stone(s) removed. To be fair the largest is about the size of my thumb. But now I just fear that I will be watching the scale number creep up and will be back to square one. I was so set for the 18th of this month.

Don't get totally discourage. Try to find any silver linings and golden seams. You could technically continue a modified pre op diet and lose even more weight, like Boss, prior to Surgery Y

Hang in there! Stay low carb and eat only to your doc's protein prescription for you. You won't lose ground!! It's better to go into the surgery with healthy kidneys hon!!! ((hugs))
