I have realized there are certain foods i can not have in the house. Pizza and ice cream. I will eat it, if its there.

I know better than to allow cookies or chocolate in the house. Those are my go-to foods when I'm stressed, so I haven't had any in 12 weeks since month before surgery and now 7 weeks post-op.

Tomkitten bought me a bottle of Sprite Zero for Christmas, took a sip, did nothing for me and I used to enjoy it so. Just let it go flat and pitched it. Maybe I won't always show such strength and stubborness, I am human , but I count it. NTV, a no temptation victory, so I'm patting me on the back today!

I shop for two other people. We try not to keep "bad foods" in the house to avoid tempations, but it is not always the case. I am lucky that these things dont bother me because i used to never eat them before surgery.

All I can say is "God help me" if any girl scout cookies cross the threshold.

Or Boy Scout popcorn, now the citrus fruit our local FFA takes orders for and then delivers, that I would give House Room to!
