Cheating

I just read where some people cheated really bad before and after...I am struggling so bad..I count every calorie i put in my mouth, i have followed exactly the instructions i was told and here i read people doing bad stuff and apparently they are ok...i just cant handle reading things like that...i. am sorry but i cant...it makes me feel bad... sorry not sorry!! Why go through this surgery? [emoji20]

No I know I will but when u drink beer and pizza 1 week after surgery just made me feel sick to read...its like not even trying...but it's just my feelings... sorry if I sound like I was judging..I know the struggle is real and hard!!
