I just bought my multi-vitamin (required to have folic acid of 400mcg, iron of 18 mg, zinc, copper and selenium and B12 500 mcg) and my calcium citrate (required to have 1200-1500 mg) for $20. I got the Opurity calcium-citrate plus chewable from unjury.com and the multi-vitamin from Amazon, the Pro Care Health Bariatric Multivitamin for $20. Is there somewhere out there that has all of this that is easier on the pocketbook?
