Lost too much weight

I started at 210 at 5'6. I had my surgery on 9/16/17. Since then, I've been losing steadily and I'm concerned that I am at 110.... I am never able to eat much, and my hunger is gone!!!!! I have to remind myself to eat, and when I do, its like all a 2 year old could eat. Scared!

Are you showing any complications or ill effects like malnutrition or do you think you've lost too much for another reason?

I'm sure you are scared with a BMI that is in the underweight range. Might be a good idea to contact your team.

I agree with other posters. If you keep dropping you need to contact your team and they may have you eat a bit differently to gain a little back. I have always thought the happy medium was to find the balance to where you werent losing nor gaining to maintain. I am not sure though as i have never been there, but your dr would know best.
