Pre surgery, we used to go out to eat multiple times each week. Las Vegas is full of so much good food. Now that I can eat solid food again, just not much of it, I'm trying to figure out how we can still enjoy dinners out on the town and still eat within my calorie range. So far, we've had pretty good luck with sushi. I usually get sushimi and I only eat a little of it.
I'm thinking Mexican might be okay if I order fajitas. Steakhouses, I could share steak or have leftovers.
Does anyone have any other suggestions?
