Breakfast cereal

I found these little bowels of Raisin Bran that come in a box of 96 for 32.00 on Amazon. They only have 10 grams of sugar. 4 Fiber. 27 carbs. 230 potassium. No fat. It also has a lot of different vitamins in it. They are the perfect little size to fill me up. They are the right amount for breakfast with my sleeved stomach. They also have 3 grams of protein.

I think you have made your points. I happen to agree with you. I can only say that what I do eat is in very small amounts.
