I'm in a very similar place as you I'm 18 months post-op and still 40-ish lbs away from what I originally set as my "goal". I have come to terms with the fact that I might never make it to my goal

It almost sounds like you have transitioned into maintenance mode. This is a short article that I wrote a few years ago about that transition. http://www.breadandbutterscience.com/Surgery2.pdf

Welcome to the site! I have found this to be a very friendly and supportive community and I'm sure you will find others in a similar situation who can offer advice and support.

I’m new to this group, never thought I’d join a support group because I try to handle everything on my own. It’s been a year and a half and I’ve plateaued with weight loss and feel a little stuck. I’ve lost 90lbs and need to lose 30lbs to reach my goal and I’m struggling a bit with it. I guess I was hoping to connect with individuals like myself that can share tips and tools that they have used to get back on track.
