Im 5 days post surgery and have had the best recovery ever. I was able to sleep on my side immediately and could always tolerate liquids. I was out and about the second day.
Im bored of water and my 50/50 protein. SF jello is something im allowed. Im wondering if its typical to be able or unable to eat a whole 2 oz serving at once. I have 2 oz souflé cups premade but am eating slowly with a baby spoon. I dont want to overdo it and eat 2oz at one setting.....im petrified of this being so easy that i end up doing something wrong.
Should i be able to eat this whole thing?
Shoukd i be able to eat a whole sf popsicle?
5 days= 7lbs donated to those in need
^^^^thats a joke between my daughter and i. When i lose something i always try to find it again. When Ive given to charity, it's gone and i am free of it forever [emoji3]
