  1. I got my Surgery RNY done April 25th and i come on the website once a week for some support/motivation
  2. Google the ricotta bake it is delicious. I did it but put it in a muffin tin which is amazing. Best of luck
  3. I feel you because i am so scared to eat and sometimes i feel like i am eating too much but i too was able to eat the whole popsicle. The jello sounds like a decent portion to be eating you also have to consider the amount of time you are taking to eat it. I guess just as long as you don't feel uncomfortable or sick in any way it is okay to consume. Best of luck.
  4. Hi all, 11 days post op and this sucks tbh I isolate myself to avoid my family and food. When did your feeling of being bloated go away? I get up and walk and take gas x daily along with a stool softener. I'm a hot mess because i can't get the required amount of fluids and protein. I walk so slow and tire easily. I can't sleep because i tend to sleep on my sides which i can't do right now so it is messing with my mind. Then i cheated by trying chicken and egg to my luck it did not make me feel sick but idk how people have done this. Work in progress.
