Gym workouts

If you go to the gym what are some of the workouts you guys do??? Also at home exercises?

I go on treadmill for 45 mins daily. I do 20 squats twice a day. But I feel like I should be doing much more just don’t know what exactly to do [emoji30]

Anyone take yoga? I take it twice a week and when my payment pass is up I think I will stop. It doesn’t do much for me anymore I’m thinking Zumba classes

I am not the kind of person that can slave away at the gym elliptical-ing in circles. I have taken up some sports and fitness classes. Pole and aerial fitness, tennis, recreational adult kickball, and last night I went to a Barre class, that was difficult and my muscles are sore today!

Just some suggestions.

So far I’ve swam to China but my restrictions have now been lifted so it’s time for some core & cardio!

I was board working out at home. I love my gym

I get four free training sessions with my gym membership. I took a strength training class for women. I am loving the weight room. Lifting has been very transforming to my body.

I do hour of cardio. I switch off to different machines. All have benefits. I need more stairclimber time to get a booty..lol

Yoga is great for stretching and flexibility. Seriously a popular class

lol A side note: I seen a post by you about being looked at in the gym. Most of the regulars are working on their goal and don't pay attention to others. If you are experiencing creepers. Put your resting B*tch face on..Stare back and say can I help you...They go away.

Run stairs, stair climber, sprints, cycling, light weights and abs abs abs!

I hate the gym. I hate it every single time I go. I hate walking in place and biking no where. I can't wait until it warms up and I can actually go out and DO stuff. When it gets above 25 degrees F or so, my husband and I go for hikes. But since we live in Minnesota, that hasn't been very often this winter. What's worse, I would really like to try the pool (doing laps, etc) but I'm kind of chicken and I haven't had the guts to get in the pool yet.

BUT... I go to the gym, at least 3-4 days a week. I bike 4 miles and I walk for as long as I can stand it. I try some different weight machines. I do this because I worked for 8 months to make this change for my life. I am giving myself a second chance at life and I can't screw this up.

I bought a weighted jump rope to work out at home. I jump in time to music

When I do go to the gym which is rare I tend to warm up on the treadmill then do a few machines.

It’s annoying but there’s no need for me to seem rude. I just simply smile and head over to whichever machine I decide to use. I look great, that’s why the men stare. I got over it, thank you though [emoji4]
