I have stalled... help

Helo everyone i was sleeved 10/25/17 the first 2 to 3 weeks i was losing weight quick (25lbs). On my post op apt 11/6 i was told i would need to lose 12-15 lbs by my next apt (12/12/17).

Im so frustrated... since the last time i saw my MD i have only lost 7 lbs.

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance
