One week Post Op

All is going well, I feel fantastic! Slight hunger, decent amount of energy. Im having NO PROBLEMS getting my fluids in or protein. Actually Im concerned that my sleeve is too big.... anyone have this issue??? I haven't weighed myself since surgery, but I will when I get home to Texas today or tomorrow.

Liquids don't challenge the sleeve, so you won't feel full with them. There's no accurate way to determine your sleeve's size until you're eating solid protein (read: chicken, pork chops, steak).

For many sleevers, pureed food doesn't even challenge the sleeve because these foods have been altered to a thickened liquid consistency.

Good luck to you. :)

Congrats!!! Yay! Have a safe trip and can't wait to watch your journey! Cuz you know, I'm a voyeur! :D

You will be fine... your mind will play hunger tricks on you... drink water and you will realize you’re thirsty... ? Best of luck in your journey

Hi, it’s funny that you said you felt your sleeve was too big, I feel th same way I’ll have a cup of broth, which I thinks look like a lot but it all goes down, I cannot be stretching my sleeve? Can i ?
