Post your progress pics!

I'm in the process of band to bypass revision, and I find that progress pictures and success stories help keep me determined to keep working toward what I want. I'm 5'9" my highest recorded weight was 367, I'm 335 now. Anyone around these starting weight stats?

Congratulations! You are an inspiration! Any tips?

Im not sure if your asking me but i can answer. Just make sure to always eat small eat to a comfortable state. Im a little past my 12 months out and i can say some days this is my struggle that my mind just wants to eat more but of course i dont because i dont want to get sick. Drink all your water and vitamins. Try to stay away from sugar as much as you can because it only triggers you to want to have a bite of bad food or deserts i should say. Im sure you hear this all the time but always eat your protein first. Oh and btw ive been lazy not working out only walking and dancing once in a while. So because of not actually doing a more strengthening workout routine im super weak so this year that will be my focus. Hope this helps! Good luck with your journey!

Love that I am able to live life and do things I've always dreamed of but held myself back because I didn't feel good enough (too fat/big, etc).

Here's my starting weight and pic from Saturday after wrapping half trail marathon, one year and 11 days from my heaviest. Last pic is feeling good about how far I've come.

Mbird you truly are a fine feathered bird-person. What a difference I can see already, I look forward to your later pictures, maybe by then I'll be brave enough to show everyone what I look like too.[emoji14]
