I'm two days shy of being 2 months post op. I have been craving a chia latte for 3 weeks now. I recently started coffee back but am doing decaf. I'm wondering if the no caffeine still applies at 2 months post op. I googled chia tea and it's 40mg of caffeine where regular coffee has 120. Still not sure if I should try.
