I am needing some constructive criticism on what I can do to improve my numbers on the scale. I am almost 6 weeks post vsg surgery and down about 30lbs. I know the song; I didn't put the weight on overnight so I can't expect to lose it all overnight..... I know that. I don't know why I am not losing like I should. The last 2 weeks the scale has not moved. I'm exercising about 3x a week at the gym, eating mainly protein and still not losing. Any suggestions how I can get the scale to moving again. Also, will taking my vitamin have a part in this too. I haven't taken any because the ones I got before surgery makes me sick now, so I'm waiting on my order to come in from another supplier.
