Bypass Surgery - May 15

Hi everyone. Just looking for suggestions on how to deal with hunger on Optifast diet. Surgery is 3 weeks from tomorrow at Toronto Western Hospital. I'm worried about 3 weeks of only Optifast, chicken or beef broth, sugar free jello, Popsicles, etc. Any help would be appreciated!
