I am 2 weeks post open & find myself hungry very often... so I am eating 5 ....2 oz meals a day...is that normal or is that too much ??

I'm wrong or I've been cheating myself, I'm 3 weeks and 5 days post op and At this stage I was told to eat 3, 1/2 oz means a day

I meant 1/2 a cup 3 meals Day

Maybe check with dr as to why you're feeling hunger. Also, I think 5 meals a day is fine...just make sure you're sipping your protein shakes. I used to dilute mine with ice at that early stage.

is it real physical hunger or head hunger. if physical= you might want to check with the nutritionals to see what you need. if head hunger it is something you will have to learn to deal with by another means and not eating. stay busy and drink that Water as sometimes we mistake hunger when we are just thirsty
