Popcorn

I am 7 weeks post op. Am I allowed to have popcorn? Has anyone ate a little and felt fine? I have stuck by the rules but I don't know what is the rule for popcorn

  • I didn't even try popcorn that soon. Popcorn is really hard to digest. Check out your guidelines. Follow them. I usually take some Water and a Protein snack while at the show. Be careful.

    So update. I did eat some popcorn at the movie and I ended up throwing up about 1/2 way thru the movie. And then I was up all night with gas and belly pain. Never again, not worth it. Live and Learn!

I've tried it as well and I'm 4 months out. It hasn't bothered me either. I guess everyone is different because I've heard others say they can't eat it.
