I have lost the equivalent of...

After a long self imposed stall, my scale moved this week. I'm down 118 pounds and weigh 205 as of my 66th birthday on Monday . It dawned on me today that my late mother weighed 118 pounds for most of her life. Then my manicurist shared that is what she weighs. It really has hit me that I have lost an entire person. Awe inspiring! I'll let you know when I make it to Onederland. It shouldn't take too much longer.
